Trader Joe's "Green Goddess Salad Dressing"

Rating: 8/10

This dressing is POPPIN. It’s located in the refrigerated salad dressing section, right next to the salad kits. What’s great about this dressing is that it straight up has the ingredients on the front, because it is just THAT healthy. It is a thick dressing, which I really enjoy. Whenever I eat salads with this dressing, I actually feel satisfied and full. It’s nothing like your basic light balsamic vinaigrette, but I’m sure has the same nutritional facts.

Not only do I use it on salads, but I use it as a marinade for CHICKEN! I randomly decided to do this because I ran out of my veggies and the dressing was about to expire and frankly, it was the best decision I made. All I did was pour it over my chicken breast before popping it in the oven… EASY! It was basically a healthy pesto chicken, yum!

Also, it is only $3.69. Now you could say that this is expensive for a dressing, BUT I feel like this would run for $5-6 at Whole Foods. This is some fresh shit.

It had such an amazing flavor. You can really taste the different components of the dressing. You can taste the avocado and the basil and the lemon juice ug now I’m hungry haha. Oooo, I’m having a Ratatouille moment.

I took away 2 points because it expires in 3 weeks or so. BUT now that I know the dressing is bomb on chicken, I know I’ll use it more often.
